Meet Our Executive Team:

Ilya Nikolayev, Co-Founder

Co-Founder and CEO of Familybuilder until the sale of the Company to Intelius in 2011. Grew the business to profitability, over 45 million users on the web, and over 2 million users on mobile (iOS and Android). Prior to Familybuilder, worked in banking for JP Morgan. Graduated cum laude from New York University.

Georgi Darakev, Co-Founder

Led all feature development at Familybuilder. Extensive experience developing successful LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) applications and web services. Expertise in scaling applications on AWS, S3, and Rightscale. Built products used by millions monthly on both the web and mobile. Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Dowling College.

Boris Dimenbort, Partnership Manager

Boris currently spends most his time building relationships with mobile developers. He focuses on helping them increase IAP monetization and user retention. Having transitioned from console to mobile games, he is able to identify applications and games that are an ideal fit for the InAppFuel mini-game SDK. Boris has over 10 years of Sales and Partnership experience, and has been an avid gamer for well over 20 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance from Brooklyn College.

Melissa Blau, Advisor

Melissa Blau has been in the online gaming sector for ten years as both an operator and advisor.  She is currently the Founder & Director of iGaming Capital, a leading iGaming consulting and advisory company bridging European and US interests. Her clients include Hard Rock, Tropicana Atlantic City, Delaware Lottery, Pechanga Hotel & Casino, Caesars Interactive, among others.  


Prior to launching iGaming Capital, Melissa held senior executive roles at a number of online gaming companies.  Melissa has demonstrated her leadership in the gaming sector winning the 2013 Women in Gaming Award for Entrepreneur of the Year. She shares her experience as a frequent speaker, participating in many of the leading online gaming events and has spoken before both the New Jersey and Delaware State legislatures and gaming committees.  


Prior to entering the Online Gaming sector, Melissa was a General Partner and founding member of Constellation Ventures, a $450m media & technology venture capital fund in conjunction with Bear Stearns. Melissa has a BA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard University.

Richard Weil, Advisor

Mr. Weil has 20 years of experience in the lottery/gaming and interactive industries. Most recently while at Scientific Games Corporation, as SVP of Strategy and Business Development, he assisted in the US$1.5 billion acquisition of WMS (one of the world’s leading gaming companies). In 2010, after serving several years as a gaming business consultant, Mr. Weil, as CEO and Managing Director, launched Sciplay™ a business focused on providing interactive solutions to regulated operators, like lotteries.


Prior to Sciplay™, Mr. Weil was President of FUN Technologies, Inc., an online social and sports gaming company. During his three year tenure he contributed to the raising of approximately US$80 million to fund the acquisition of eight companies, oversaw the management of these business units and, in March 2006, assisted in the sale of 51 percent of FUN Technologies to Liberty Media Corp.


Prior to joining FUN in August 2004, Mr. Weil was the Corporate Vice President of International Business Development for Scientific Games (formerly known as Autotote Corporation). During his time with the company, he collaborated on the acquisitions of Scientific Games, MDI, and IGT On-line Systems and contributed to major international growth. Before working at Autotote, Mr. Weil was a senior management consultant at Monitor Company, a top-ten strategic planning and corporate development firm. Mr. Weil holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from Ryerson University and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
